I have a bit of a love hate relationship with omelettes, but over time, I have discovered some tips which made a huge difference for me. There are definitely different schools of thought about what constitutes a good omelette, but I have noted a few tips here that will give you a simple, fluffy and delicious meal!
This is a bit of a twist on classic chicken Parmesan….. Actually, maybe it is an entirely different dish! Whatever it was, I enjoyed it, so decided to share it with you even though it only calls for a minimal amount of cheese.
