Are All Payments Processed Securely?
Yes, we absolutely understand that you want to protect your payment information so we use a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard compliant host for our site (Shopify). We also accept Google Pay and PayPal which are well-known, reputable and secure third party payment options you may use instead of entering credit card details at our checkout.
Why Doesn't Lavish Cheese Charge Sales Tax?
We don't charge sales tax because we are currently do not have to pay any sales tax in the locations we ship to.
Our business operates out of Vancouver, BC Canada and so we do not have a sufficient connection (nexus) to any other countries or states which would trigger the requirement for us to submit sales taxes. As we are a small business we do not yet meet the threshold revenue amount for having to submit PST, HST or GST in Canadian provinces.
How Long Will Shipping Take During The Covid-19 Era?
We don't know. Unfortunately the timelines of our shipping partners are constantly changing, and all we know is that product delivery is significantly longer than it used to be.
We understand that this is an inconvenience and hope that the free shipping that we offer compensates for the longer wait times.
On average, or customers have been receiving their orders in less than three weeks, but every so often, an order goes astray, or takes a week or so longer. A few of our products do take four weeks for shipping instead of three, and this is always noted on the product pages if it applies.
Will I Get A Refund If I Don't Like The Product?
Yes. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product we will refund you as long as the item is in the same condition you received it. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your item and we will provide you with a shipping label so you can return the item to us in Vancouver. Please include all original parts and packaging with the returned item.

Can I Give You Feedback or Leave Reviews?
Any feedback you have regarding the product and our service is very much appreciated, so please feel free to call, email, or message on the socials.
Online reviews will be published alongside each of our products so future customers can refer to them.
A few days after you receive your product, you will be emailed a link to our review site. You can give us a star rating and/or write some comments that you think will be useful for future customers or to us. We work hard to find quality products, and really do want to hear from you if your purchase has not lived up to your expectations.
Can I Exchange A Damaged Product?
Of course. If you need to exchange anything, please email us at email@example.com and we will arrange return shipping for you, as well as process an order for your brand new item.
If the item is severely damaged as can be shown with photos, we may not even need it to be returned. At that point, we will offer a full refund or a replacement product to be shipped to you.

Which Countries Does Lavish Cheese Ship To?
We currently ship for FREE within Canada and the United States, and those are the only countries that we offer shipping to.
If you live in another part of the world, we are sorry we can't offer shipping to your region, but with all of the logistics of operating a small business, shipping worldwide is not possible, although, we do hope to expand in the near future to offer worldwide service!
